They have a bunch of accessories. A scriber base, profile bases, compass attachment, marking wheels. Some things use screw holes and the notch, others do not.
As much as I'd like to have one of these, if you randomly select my entry please send the tool to Ken Hall at the Guild of Oregon Woodwrokers(sic), as that will allow more people to use it, or to Craig Regan who wrote such a fun little dittie-
Yes please, hoping to win!
Shawn Graham!

Thank you so much, I am super excited to use it on my current build!
The scriber is in the mail! Hope you enjoy it!
I’d like to have a scriber if I win
Trying a bribe, to get me a scribe
This one is blue,
With a cute little screw
-from a long time sub”scriber”
What is the use of the notch at the base of the tool? (Ps: yes please, I want one!)

I would love this scriber, as it would mean I could retire my 123 block, which sadly can only scribe at three fixed heights.
I like blue! And my current scribing method sucks
I hope I win this cool tool.
I am in. Thank you.
Love this blog. If I win the scriber, it will go into the tools for the classroom at the Guild of Oregon Woodwrokers.
Looks like a great scriber, love to have it.
I'm interested in the drawing!!
I'm in!
Happy to sub-scribe
Hi Chris, looks intriguing! I was wondering whether the aluminum base left marks on the surface it's sliding over, in your experience?
No marking that I have ever seen.
There are a couple of screw holes in the base. You can attach a piece of wood or unobtanium if you like. But the aluminum doesn't leave marks.
Pick me! Pick me! I would love one of these. I currently have a bunch of 2x4 blocks that are cluttering up everything.
